Description
Señorio de la Tautila Tinto Non Alcoholic red wine is produced by Señorío de la Tautila in Spain. The wine has a ripe, cherry color and exhibits pleasant, fruity aromas behind the hints of wood barrels. The wine is voluminous in the mouth and has persistent structure with personality. Best paired with meats, roasts and savory appetizers.
This wine is produced through a method known as vacuum distillation at low temperature, the most traditional and least aggressive method of dealcoholization. Through this sophisticated method, it is processed without temperature aggression or pressure. The wine is previously fermented in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled conditions. With this “deconstruction”, it minimizes the risk of loss of the wine’s aromatic components.

Not what I expected
I don’t know who could actually drink this. The smell and the taste were awful, like vinegar. Disappointing

Satisfying substitute
I was pleasantly surprised by how much this reminded me of wine. It's a little sweet at first but it leaves you with wine flavor. It was so nice to have this for the holiday and to feel a little festive.

Very good with a great bouquet
This non alcoholic wine has a nice smell which gives it more of a feel of an alcohol based wine. It is thinner than a true wine, but flavorful, and of course doesn’t have the back of the throat bite of a true wine. It is one of my favorite non alcohol wines though. It has a weird top though. The screw top doesn’t just waist as many do. The “wrapper” has to be cut, but if you don’t do it right, the whole wrapper comes off leaving you without a top if you want to save the rest in the bottle.

Red wine
I’m not a big red wine drinker at all but I saw this was a mom favorite so I had to try it. IT WAS REALLY GOOD! I was actually surprised. I am still trying others so I am not sure which ones are my faves yet but if you are in to red wine this is a must.

Tautila Tinto Red
This is an excellent, everyday wine and definitely my go-to red. It also goes with a decent variety of food. We have found a couple of restaurants that will allow us to bring this wine in without charging us the corkage fee, so it's a win-win all around.

Red with the best nose
Out of many of the reds I tried, this one by far smelled the best. It was spicy with a nice color when you poured it into your glass.

This was a good wine but my least favorite because of it's thin consistency.
