Description

Élivo Zero Zero Deluxe Sparkling is a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine produced in Spain. This alcohol-free product never disappoints due to its striking similarity to champagne or cava. The production of this sparkling wine is carried out in three phases: the vinification of alcoholic Chardonnay wine, the dealcoholization of the wine and the carbonation of the dealcoholized wine. The finished product is the equivalent of a semi-dry cava. This same product is produced by different brands with different finishes: Brut, Brut Nature and Dulce.

The presentation of the product is that of the traditional bottle of champagne, however in this case, different brands have been developed with different finishes, for example, different color and bottle sizes, natural and synthetic corks, and a wide range of labelling.

The wine itself is a yellow, straw-colored wine. Clean and bright with a voluminous deployment of bubbles in long and numerous rosaries. On the side of the glass, tears can be found which points to a smoothness in the mouth.

    Acidic Wine

Posted by Lala on Apr 12th 2021

I did not care for this wine. I was expecting dry or something similar to a champagne, but it was very acidic and reminded me of vinegar or something similarly unpleasant. I had to cut it with a sweet juice to balance the flavors and try to finish the bottle. I would not order this again.
