Élivo Zero Zero Deluxe Red is a non-alcoholic red wine crafted for those who want to enjoy a luxurious wine experience without alcohol. Made from hand-selected Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in Spain, it offers a rich, fruity aroma with hints of oak and coffee. With 0.0% ABV, it's safe for pregnant and nursing women, making it an ideal gift. Vegan-friendly and low in calories, it's perfect for pairing with everyday meals or special occasions, offering both indulgence and peace of mind.

Winemaster's Notes

The grapes are harvested manually, and before destemming, they are selected in the winery. Once destemmed, the grapes undergo maceration for three to four days at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Fermentation is initiated with cultured yeast, and overpumping during fermentation enhances color and structure. The wine is then racked, producing a young wine that meets the quality requirements for dealcoholization. The dealcoholization process involves high pressure and a temperature of 30ºC to convert ethanol into vapor, which is removed while retaining the wine's liquid state. The product undergoes partial aging, with 60% of the wine aged in oak barrels for 4 to 6 months, ensuring stabilization and quality.
